Our caring and knowledgeable coaches bring together the vigor, motivation, and energy of a group fitness class and the attention of focused training for 1 on 1 personal training in our downtown fitness gym. Glenn is originally from Ireland and has been boxing since the age of 8. He has competed in 20 fights and has had 15 wins. He was the 2018 Provincial Silver Medalist in his weight division.
